“Meant 2 Be” is the first release of a new House project called Ateljee De La Musique. It caught immediately the attention of DJs and producers like Severino from Horse Meat Disco and many others, since the first upload on Soundcloud. A clever production with a fresh and elegant sound suitable for the next Spring/Summer season: catchy synth lines, soulful vocals manipulated and chopped, deep house pads and a distinctive bass sound that can shake the entire dance floor…. but most of all the transposition to modern times of that magic feel of the 90s underground anthems. This first release comes in two different flavours: Mainroom Extended Mix at 126 BPM – EDM with a touch of class for the main dance floor playlist: sidechained pads, funky bass line, catchy vocals and a catchy synth lead that sticks in your head straight away. Deep House Mix and Dub at 124 BPM – Deep House sound with a booming bass, distinctive kick drum, catchy chopped vocals and chill-out filtered pads in the style of MK remix of Storm Queen “Look Right Through”, Gorgon City, Dusky, Route94 and Duke Dumont. Behind this project there is an Italian DJ/producer from London, Silvano Stangoni, who after several years of music collaboration, DJing and remixing has decided to come up with a brand new project of his own.
