Mega Monster Music releases Celluloid the debut album from C69
C69 was known as Crunch in the progressive band “Quiet Earth”. Although unsigned their album “Psycho Epic Mania” was a popular purchase in the Manchester area of England throughout the eighties. Today with “Celluloid” this artist entertains with catchy melodies mingled with both serious and humorous themes. “Escaping” recorded with the vocal talents of Sarah M. is a serious love song about a breaking relationship. Where as “Plastic” is a funny review of spending too much on your credit cards with “Soap” discussing the consequences. The title track “Celluloid” bounces along with a simple jazz feel to it with the track “Money” portraying a dark satanic side of the world of finance. “Celluloid” offers greatly varying themes from dance to jazz, from orchestral to funk all in one album. This highly entertaining album will be available via all the major digital platforms. Track listing: Alien DJ Cafe Escaping Plastic Car Barcelona Money Ocean Soap Celluloid
