De Facto’s debut EP, was released in 2000 by Hammer Music Productions and was titled Antique. The first studio album, Empíreum was released in 2003, which was followed by Evangeliom in 2004 both from NAIL Records/ Hammer Music. With these two albums De Facto found a place in the underground rock genre scene.By 2007 and the release of the Karizma album, De Facto had been playing at the most notable venues, for example the Sziget Festival, A38 yacht, Petőfi Csarnok – concert hall, Szeged ifjúsági Napok – Szeged Youth Days.From the end of 2007 the band’s activity had been temporarily suspended, during this time the band members played in other formations.In the spring of 2015 the band reformed, from which time on the band has been taking the stage regularly. They have been working on the release of the new album, which will be available in March of 2016 and is currently in the studio recording phase of production.
