Engel & Karl ist ein Projekt. Mit dem Song "Listen to the songs of the birds" möchten die beiden Musiker auf die Singvögel aufmerksam machen. In einigen Regionen finden die Singvögel nicht mehr genügend Nahrung. Das liegt zum Großteil an den Einsatz von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln. "Listen to the songs of the birds" ist ein romantischer Song der das Herz bewegt: Für mehr Wertschätzung der kleinen Klangkünstler des Schöpfers: SingvögelDie im Song vorhandene dominante Mundharmonika interpretiert fast durchgängig den Vogelgesang. Die kleinen Klangkünstler im Wald beherrschen das Bending wie keine andere Spezies.
