2013 Starts Big!! Don Ranking & UKs Nr.1 Reggae Artist Gappy Ranks joined forces! It took a while for Don Ranking to sort out Gappy Ranks with his latest raw instrumentals. But like anything alive, good music needs time to grow... When Gappy Ranks finally had an earful of these selected riddims, a booming “Let`s goooo” found it’s way to Don Rankings phone. Gappy lost no time to deliver and laid down a slew of killer vocaltakes for the rankingreggae.com camp! He even took the riddims to his live band, to perform the songs on his world-tour in 2012. “What it takes to be a Rasta” is a deep roots reggae anthmen, coming strong in two different versions (plus the Dub Mixes). This is the first result of this amazing cooperation between Don Ranking & Gappy Ranks.
