The Wash – Starships
Release number 16 of the Schönbrunner Perlen imprint features Viennese
Progressive Expert The Wash with his first official release. The head of Progressive
World joins the SP family with three original tracks which showcase the different
faces of his sound.
Opening the EP, “Constellation” sets the benchmark with its ever-evolving
arpeggios, a lovely groove and remarkable strings. The hypnotic length of 11
Minutes sends the dance floor to outer space and a powerful bass stab will bring you right back to beg
for more.
On the other side, “Antares” is immediately gaining movement with a rave-inspired melody, deep pads
and a surprising key shift in the break. No time to rest – the mixture between Progressive, Trance and
Techno creates a unique mood and is up to conquer the dance floors.
Summing things up, “Defiant” takes things into deeper spheres. The straight groove and stellar sound
fractures set the stage for the deep pads and a subtle arp melody after the break. The perfect sound
for the summer beaches this year.
